oui to we

good.

so you were listening when i made the announcement that we now have a blog. congratulations. you probably wrote it down or had your seatmate write it for you. did you have to ask for the address via txt message? did you read the guidelines through our yahoogroup page? whatever the case, what is important is that you are here. this blog is here.

we are here.

so what happens next?

well, we still have to wake up early for our sun-drenched class. we still have to endure the snarl and smog of metro manila. i still have to prepare for my lessons before i meet up with you. you still have to listen to my lectures laden with corny jokes and cheek-y contortions.

by the time we have our finals in april, people will still be poor. that old lady who begs on the street will still come knocking at your window. people in africa will still be dying of aids and hunger. the middle east won't be violence-free anytime soon.

it would seem nothing has changed. so why bother, right?

not quite.

as i said earlier, WE ARE HERE.

that makes all the difference in the world.

we always have.

we always will.

we're good.

oui.

we should be allowed to bring coffee and bagels in class.

Ok, I wish they had a breakfast delivery service in CSB. usually when I go to class my cats eat earlier than I do (because that's the first thing I do in the morning...feed them and clean the litter box. hm.) heheh, anyway, go corny jokes! :D

so, this is how this "blog thing" goes. Hehe. My brain has just been previously drained from a super-quiz, so i really have nothing substantial to say.Only that i'm hungry with all of these food stuff. :0

Well, I really wake up early for this class and your so-called "corny jokes" really makes the class more lively for a morning class... about the blog I might say that as along as we are still alive we can still make a difference when we really want to...

what i really like about this blog is i have time to read it and to reflect on it. to share my thoughts to people and i hope that they will learn something from it and make them inspire and put their thoughts here..

there is no harm if we try to be serious at things because it will reflect on us on how we handle orselves and life..

have a great weekend

peace everyone. after reading the blog, one word really hit my mind like a lip of a 10 foot barrel wave, and that is change. change is inconsistently consistent. by the words of zach de la rocha, "it has to start somewhere, it has to start sometime. what better place than here, what better time than now.

just dropping in to say hey...
i certainly feel for my classmates who also wake up really early for our cathwor class...with brains half-functioning and tummies grumbling...hehe! but somehow sir does get our "engines" started (he says we are like his car, we need to be warmed up first) for the rest of the day with his connect-this-to-that, "i need concrete examples, that's still a bit abtract", wise-cracks & dance moves(?) so far so good...looking forward to our classes this term...but sir! don't be absent anymore ok? you left us a very looooooooong activity to do today...get better soon, STAY HEALTHY in fact...God bless everyone...cya!
